Mohamed Seddiki, grew up between France and Algeria. He started cooking at the age of 16 and and did his apprenticeship in the kitchens of Alain Ducasse. He then joined the Murano Ressort group in Paris as the first kitchen assistant and evolved to become a chef de partie.
He then joined the Costes group as first sous-chef.
After 6 years of work, Mohamed will reach the status of Chef at the Hotel Marignan Champs-Elysées.
For Limon he creates an international and playful menu that reflects his past and his Mediterranean origins.
